Key Responsibilities:

Handle and oversee incident management. Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT/security incidents. Manage DLP events, proxy rules (Netskope), and governance tasks. Monitor tools:

CrowdStrike, ForeScout (NAC), Fortinet Firewall, WAF (AppTrana)

. Collaborate with IT/Infosec teams and advise on patch implementation.

Required Skills:

5+ years in IT service & security management. Strong knowledge of

ITIL, COBIT

. Hands-on with

CrowdStrike, Netskope, Azure, Backup & Recovery

. Basic

Perl & Windows scripting

. * Strong

analytical, problem-solving, and managerial

skills.
