Job Brief
We are looking for a smart and motivated SOC Analyst L1 who loves solving problems and keeping data safe. In this role, you will watch over our security tools, help fix issues, and make sure our systems stay protected. Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily PIM/PAM tasks and workflows.
• Work with data and access security tools like HIPS, DAM, and MFA.
• Perform basic troubleshooting using IIS and other tools.
• Assist with version upgrades for applications and devices.
• Use networking fundamentals to check and resolve issues.
• Handle incidents and service requests using enterprise ITSM ticketing tools.
• Work closely with the team to keep systems safe and running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (IT or Computer-related fields).
• Experience: 2 to 4 years.
• Certifications: CCNA, CEH, or product-related certifications.
• Basic knowledge of:
• Privileged Identity/Access Management (PIM/PAM)
• HIPS, DAM, MFA tools
• Networking concepts and common commands
• IIS and troubleshooting
• Version upgrade tasks
