Job Brief
We are looking for a skilled and passionate SOC Admin Network Security L2 to join our growing security team. In this role, you will help protect critical systems, solve security issues, and support a safe and strong network environment. You will work with modern security tools and play an important part in keeping our organization secure.

Responsibilities
Firewall Management

• Set up and manage firewall rules and access policies.
• Work with Palo Alto, Checkpoint, and Fortinet firewalls (4+ years).
• Make sure firewalls follow all company security standards.

Network Segmentation

• Create and manage secure network zones.
• Make sure communication between networks is safe and controlled.

Threat Detection & Response

• Monitor logs for unusual or risky activity.
• Respond to security alerts and work with the SOC team to solve issues.

Vulnerability Management

• Find weaknesses in network and firewall setups.
• Perform regular audits and apply fixes to keep systems safe.

Compliance & Governance

• Follow regulatory standards like PCI-DSS and HIPAA.
• Keep documents updated for all network and firewall procedures.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Solve firewall and network-related problems.
• Support teams with L2-level security issues.

Qualifications
Education

• BE / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc (IT or Computer Science related)

Certifications

• CCNA
• CEH

Technical Skills Required

• Firewalls: Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Fortinet (minimum 4 years)
• WAF: Radware or F5 (minimum 3 years)
• API Security: Ammune (preferred)
• DDoS Solutions: Akamai, Arbor
• Strong knowledge of network security concepts and best practices
• Good understanding of traffic analysis and log review
