Senior Sales Coordinator - Roles & Responsibilities



Coordinate with clients from initial enquiry to project confirmation, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups. Experience in construction or interior industry is must. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Maintain and update client databases, leads, and project tracking sheets. Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-up calls as per the sales pipeline. Coordinate with design and project teams for proposal accuracy and timely delivery. Assist in preparing sales reports, performance summaries, and conversion analyses. Ensure documentation of all client communications and contracts.Collect and record client feedback (CSP) till project completion. Help implement marketing campaigns and coordinate promotional activities(Digital Marketing/others) when required. Monitor competitor activities and market feedback to support the sales strategy. Ensure high standards of customer service and support repeat business initiatives. Maintain strong internal coordination to ensure timely responses and client satisfaction. Good knowledge in excel, word, ppt
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
