Awareness and understanding of the Group's business strategy and model appropriate to the role

• Responsible for owning user stories and delivering on time
• Responsible for driving through various development/testing phases and implement in production

People & Talent

• Working experience in banking industry and familiar with financial products is good
• Good amount of knowledge in SQL is a must.
• Strong communication skills including English speaking and writing
• Customer-focused approach and attention to details.
• A team player; multi-culturally aware with proven success working with cross-functional project teams in global service delivery model
• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values
• Must have strong sense of responsibility/ownership
• A good understanding of SDLC/AGILE and business process improvement.
• Good knowledge of Java development techniques and environments
• Software development lifecycle experience in a mature CI/CD environment is good
• Experience in Service or Microservice architecture (REST and SOAP)
• Good to know Frameworks (Spring, Spring boot, Camel, JMS, Solace, Kafka)
• Good to know UI (Ember, ReactJs, HTML5, CSS)
• Build automation tools (Ant, Maven, Gradle)
• Application server (Jboss, Tomcat)
