Job Summary



A highly experienced Engineering Lead with 14+ years of expertise in designing and delivering cloud-native banking applications. Specializing in Java, API, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps, security, and stakeholder management, with domain knowledge in payments & screening.

Key Responsibilities



1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design

Architect and develop highly available, secure, and scalable banking applications across mobile, frontend, and backend platforms. Define and enforce architectural standards for API-first, microservices-based systems. Provide technical leadership in Java, API security, cloud infrastructure, and modern banking technology stacks. Drive adoption of DevSecOps, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and CI/CD best practices.



2. Full-Stack Engineering Excellence

Design and develop secure, high-performance APIs and backend services in Java/Spring Boot. Collaborate with mobile (iOS/Android) and frontend (React/Angular) teams for seamless integration. Implement API Gateway strategies, authentication, and encryption protocols (OAuth, JWT, mTLS). Ensure best practices in data security, encryption, and access control.



3. Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to align technical solutions with business goals. Provide guidance and mentorship to developers while driving engineering excellence across teams.

Qualifications



A degree in business systems, computing or related field or combination of education and experience is necessary; BE/MCA/MBA.
