We are looking for a APAC Payroll Analyst India to carry out the end-to-end payroll process and delivery, including taxation and payroll related statutory compliance under labour laws at Rio Tinto office in Gurgaon, India. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional to work as part of a team to deliver effective and efficient payroll services, provide continuous improvement ideas, and monitor governance and delivery of the payroll provider. As a key point of contact, the role will liaise with internal Rio Tinto partners as well as external parties to deliver the end-to-end payroll.

Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:
A bachelor's degree or other suitable business-related qualification or appropriate Payroll experience
4-6 years of experience working on Payroll system (including taxation) and Labour law related compliances.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures working in a MNC or Payroll service provider
Payroll SAP knowledge desirable
Excellent organization, written/ verbal communication, and presentation skills.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office products coupled with strong analytical skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
About Yourself
We are looking for passionate candidates having:
College/University Education (Essential): Equivalent to bachelor's degree in HR, Administration or Business.
o Technical qualifications in HR and/or Administration desirable o Prior experience in global mobility domain and good understanding of global mobility and how it contributes to the broader HR agenda.
Demonstrated ability to manage own workload effectively, including ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
Ability to interpret, manipulate, and analyse data with attention to detail.
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office suite is essential.
Exposure to International Assignee payroll is desirable.
Good Communication skills.
