About the Role

We're looking for an experienced

Snowflake Engineer

to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native data solutions that power analytics and decision-making across a multi-ERP enterprise landscape.

This role is a blend of

architecture, hands-on engineering, and solution delivery

, leveraging

Snowflake, Power BI, Azure

, and modern ELT frameworks like

Matillion

and

dbt

. You'll help shape the foundation for real-time insights, cross-system integrations, and even AI/ML use cases that drive business impact.

What You'll Do

Data Architecture & Engineering

Design and implement high-performance, cloud-native data pipelines for large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Build reusable data ingestion and modeling frameworks using

Snowflake

,

Azure Cloud

,

dbt

, and

Matillion

. Ensure data architecture aligns with enterprise data models, master data strategy, and real-time integration needs.

Analytics & BI Enablement

Partner with analytics teams to evolve

Microsoft Fabric

and

Power BI

capabilities toward real-time, cross-ERP reporting and decision intelligence. Enable a self-service analytics ecosystem by ensuring scalable and trusted data foundations.

Integration & M&A Data Strategy

Lead integration architecture for multi-ERP environments, aligning to enterprise object models. Support M&A initiatives by driving data assessment, mapping, and onboarding of new acquisitions into the BI ecosystem. Evaluate current data assets to identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, and consolidation.

What You Bring

5+ years

of experience in data engineering, with at least

2 years

building and scaling data solutions in

Azure Cloud

. Hands-on expertise with

Snowflake

,

Azure Data Factory

,

Event Hub

,

Functions

, and

Power BI

. Advanced

SQL development

skills, including complex query optimization and data modeling (star/snowflake schema). Strong experience with

Matillion

,

dbt

, and modern ELT frameworks. Proven ability to connect technical solutions to strategic business goals. Familiarity with

real-time pipelines

,

event-driven architectures

, and

composable enterprise designs

. Exposure to

multi-ERP

or

CRM

ecosystems. Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with business, product, and technology teams.

Preferred Experience

Background in

distribution, B2B, or logistics

industries. Exposure to

data science workflows

or

AI/ML use cases

. Knowledge of

data governance

,

MDM

, and cataloging tools like

Purview

or

Alation

. Understanding of

DevOps for Data

(CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps). Experience with

M&A integration projects

from a data/BI standpoint.
