The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for visual storytelling, and a strong desire to learn and innovate.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop engaging visual content, including banners, social media creatives, digital ads, website graphics, and other marketing collateral for various campaigns.- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, etc.) and other relevant design tools to produce high-quality visual assets.- Proactively research design trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to generate fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns and visual communication.- Work closely with the marketing, content, and other cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.- Be open to receiving constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired outcome.- Assist in organizing and maintaining a library of design assets.What We're Looking For:- Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.- Someone with 4-5 years of experience with a brand or an agency- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other industry-standard design tools.- A genuine passion for design, with the ability to research and propose new and creative ideas.- Meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and high quality in all outputs.- A sincere, dedicated, and responsible individual who takes ownership of tasks and is committed to delivering excellent work.- Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively.- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative potential.
