About Company:Our client is a multiproduct, multilocational, dynamic leader in the energy sector with a growing presence across India. They provide Services for Engineering & Construction of Retail Outlets (Gasoline, CNG, LCNG, LNG, EV charging stations, Retail Networks), etc. They also provide a wide range of energy solutions and services to help businesses and industries. The company offers energy conservation and efficiency solutions, such as energy-efficient lighting systems, HVAC optimization, and renewable energy integration.

An Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate should have 6 - 8 years of Product/Brand management (80% of category-leading + 20% digital exposure would be needed), ideally in FMCG non-food. She/he is responsible for the development & performance of the product category i.e., Turnover/ Profitability, etc. He must build and execute strategies to engage consumers & brand communication on digital advertising, social media, website, email, and e-commerce.

Key Competencies:
1. Shall be technically competent in fabrication processes such as Welding, rolling, machining, cutting, drilling, and painting related to the Oil and Gas industry.
2. Knowledge of manufacturing Skids, Pressure vessel parts, heavy fabrication, and piping, shall have exposure to Piping Design.
3. Knowledge of blasting and painting Process, & process cost.
4. Excellent written and Verbal Communication.
5. Knowledge of Section VIII and the overall ASME code, EN code, IBR code, and CE Marking.
6. Must have worked as an ISO MR for at least two or three years.
7. Knowledge of quality standards and systems.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills.
9. Shall be proactive, and good at planning, and execution.
10. Self-motivator and Team Player.
11. Familiar with the TPI agencies like TUV, BV, LRQA, etc.
