Position: Service Engineer.

Job Location

: Manesar, Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge and Exposure on ASM SMT Machines.

Knowledge and Exposure to Pick & Place Machines.

Knowledge and experience of Programming and MES System

.

Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure prompt and accurate problem resolution.

Undertake service activities including installations, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns and maintaining a customer-centric approach.

Implement improvements to optimize service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical or B.Tech-Electronics/Electrical with 3-6 years of experiencefrom

SMT Electronics industry.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
