Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented SMT Operator to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines, performing PCB soldering and assembly, and ensuring high-quality output in line with industry standards and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain SMT equipment

(Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, Screen Printers, AOI) for efficient PCB assembly, including manual and machine-assisted soldering and component placement.

Ensure product quality

by inspecting PCBs, performing touch-up soldering, and adhering to ESD and 5S standards while maintaining accurate production and quality records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to troubleshoot issues, follow production schedules, and meet output targets with consistent quality

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SMT operations, PCB soldering, and assembly work. Good understanding of PCB layouts, surface mount and through-hole components, and soldering techniques.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
