Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor
SMT machines
(e.g., Yamaha, Juki, Panasonic, etc.).
Perform PCB loading, solder paste application, pick & place operations.
Conduct visual inspection and AOI checks for component placement accuracy.
Handle machine setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
Maintain production logs, machine parameters, and shift reports.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with IPC standards.
Replace feeder components and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Required Qualifications & Skills
ITI / Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Relevant field.
Basic understanding of
SMT processes
, PCB assembly, and electronic components.
Hands-on experience with SMT line machines and tools.
Ability to read PCB layouts and understand process instructions.
Good attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Knowledge of
Reflow oven, SPI, AOI machines
.
Understanding of IPC-A-610 standards.
Experience in ISO-certified electronics manufacturing units.
