Job Description


• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base & ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them & understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status.
Desired Candidate Profile

*Candidates having IT/Corporate  Sale experience is most preferable.
*The candidate should be Enthusiastic & energetic with a go getting spirit. Presentation & Communication skill should be outstanding.
Job Requirement
1) Lead Generation -
a) Generate Leads from assigned Industry / Location segment.
b) Use various campaign methods i.e. Mailing, Cold calling, exhibitions and seminars, forums and databases etc.
c) Identify Key decision makers, Interact with CXOs / various functional headsd) Represent the company and solutions to key decision makers (CIO, IT Managers, CFOs, CEOs), make presentations, case studies and related documentse) Analyze client pain areas, size up requirement and propose a solution

2) Marketing -
a) Conduct Customer awareness events on new solutions, cross solutions, new features etc.
b) Assist in collecting client feedback / testimonialsc) Share inputs on marketing materialsd) Participate in various marketing campaigns, Industry events, trade fairs etc.

3) CRM & Data management -
a) Manage all open leads / potentials on CRM
b) Keep all the records updated.c) Maintain all versions of BoQ, quotations and other project related document of each client handled.
d) Report periodically on progress of the current casese) Achieve sales targets as assigned
