MARKETING ASSISTANT-FEMALE
We are looking for a MARKETING ASSISTANT to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
The Marketing Assistant shall be more often the MD’s “right-hand person” enabling him to advance company initiatives and goals. The position shall offer a challenging mix of roles across multiple domains and shall demand excellent skills in multi-tasking, so that the executive can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions.
Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we shall rely on the MA for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
§ With a primary responsibility of supporting the MD, provide support to the executive team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
§ Act as the point of contact among clients, and other external partners
§ Set-Up and maintain compliance with the ISO standards
§ Assist in setting up the overseas subsidiaries, ensure statutory compliances
§ Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
§ Browse Government Portals, tender portals, newspapers, digital platforms, industry periodicals for tenders which best fit our product and capability portfolio.
§ Collect and document competitive intelligence
§ Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
§ Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
§ To build & maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
§ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences, product launches
§ Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
§ Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
QUALIFICATION
§ Graduate
EXPERIENCE
§ Preferably from Aviation, Hotel background
§ Experience overseeing budgets and expenses
§ Experience developing internal processes
§ Freshers are welcome to apply.

§ Hands-on experience with CRM software (Odoo) is a plus
§ Excellent presentation and creativity skills
§ Accurate and strong attention to detail.
§ High level of personal flexibility
§ Willingness to travel extensively
