Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our team. As an SMO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing company\'s social media presence across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to increase brand visibility, engage with our target audience, drive website traffic, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Create and execute effective social media strategies aligned with company\'s goals and objectives.
• Conduct research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and target audience preferences.
• Manage and maintain company\'s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Regularly update and optimize social media profiles to ensure they reflect the brand identity and messaging.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
• Develop engaging and shareable content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other media formats.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and ensure timely delivery of posts.
• Curate relevant and compelling content from various sources to share with our audience.
• Build and foster a community of followers and advocates for our brand.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments, questions, and messages.
• Encourage user-generated content and foster meaningful interactions.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic.
• Generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Utilize data insights to make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective demographics, and best practices.
• Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to social media is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with web design and publishing
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player & Good time-management skills

Office Details:

• Office Timing \xe2\x80\x93 10.00 to 7.00pm
• 2nd & 4th Saturday & all Sunday\xe2\x80\x99s holiday
• Immediate Joining

• Office Location: Andheri East, Near WEH/Gundavali Metro Station
