Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage and optimize all social media platforms -- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and others.
Plan monthly content calendars and oversee creative development (posts, reels, stories, videos).
Analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities through trend analysis.
Coordinate with the content, design, and SEO teams for integrated campaigns.
Build and manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.
Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices for organic reach.
Handle community management -- responding to comments, DMs, and feedback professionally.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of proven experience
in SMO or Social Media Marketing.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and audience insights.
Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
Experience with
paid social campaigns, lead generation, and retargeting.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
