Social Media Optimization Intern

who knows how to design and edit with Canva and understands how to make content perform.

Responsibilities:

Design and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels using

Canva

. Optimize content across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Use hashtags, captions, and content buckets strategically to improve reach and engagement. Monitor insights and recommend actionable changes to improve performance. Coordinate with content creators, design, and growth teams for campaign rollouts.

Requirements:

Solid understanding of Canva (including video editing in Canva). Knowledge of SMO best practices, especially on Instagram and YouTube. Interest in fashion, skincare, or lifestyle niches is a bonus. A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and viral content formats. Basic knowledge of platform analytics is an advantage.
