Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented SMO Executive to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving traffic through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Create engaging posts, graphics, and short videos to boost online presence Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions Manage social media campaigns and track performance metrics (likes, shares, followers, engagement rate) Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align social media with overall brand strategy Respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain community engagement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 0 - 2 years of experience in social media management/optimization Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
