We are looking for a results-driven and creative
SMO Executive (Paid & Organic Marketing)
to manage our social media presence, execute paid campaigns, and optimize online engagement for brand growth.
Role Overview:
The
SMO Executive
will oversee both
paid and organic social media strategies
, focusing on content planning, execution, performance tracking, and audience growth. The ideal candidate must understand how to combine creativity with data-driven strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities: Organic Marketing:
Develop and implement organic social media growth strategies.
Create and post engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, videos) across
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan monthly content calendars in alignment with brand objectives.
Increase followers, engagement rate, and community interactions.
Use trending audio, hashtags, and social trends to boost organic visibility.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for visual and textual storytelling.
Paid Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads
campaigns.
Conduct audience research, set targeting parameters, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and suggest improvements.
Work with the creative team to design effective ad creatives, copies, and CTAs.
Track conversions, leads, and traffic using
Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ad Manager tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in
Social Media Optimization / Digital Marketing (Paid & Organic).
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools.
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
Creative mindset with ability to generate ideas for visually appealing and viral content.
Familiarity with
Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, and AI-based marketing tools
(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
