: Collaborate with content and creative teams to plan and schedule

Campaign Execution

: Run

organic marketing campaigns

health awareness drives

product-focused initiatives

.

Community Engagement

: Respond to DMs/comments, address queries, and manage online reputation.

Performance Tracking

: Analyze

KPIs

such as

engagement rate, impressions, reach, CTR

, and generate weekly/monthly reports.

Trend Monitoring

: Identify and apply trending

hashtags, audio, formats, and memes

to keep the brand voice fresh.

Cross-Team Collaboration

: Coordinate with

digital marketing, SEO

teams to align marketing goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's in

Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism

, or related field.

Experience

: 2-4 years in

social media management, content creation, and online brand management

--preferably in

healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, or FMCG

.

Skills

:

o Strong command over written and visual storytelling.

o Knowledge of

Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer

Instagram Insights

o Ability to make

reels, edit basic graphics
