- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.

- Handle social media channels of all clients like Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, Twitter, LinkedIn Page, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Coordinate closely with the design team
- Strategizing content and other activities for the maximum organic social media reach
- Familiar with the newest social media trends and features
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
