Job Title: Social Media Optimizer (SMO)

Location: Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?20,000 per month

We are looking for a passionate Social Media Optimizer (SMO) to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize company profiles across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Plan, create, and schedule posts to increase reach and engagement.

Monitor trends, competitor activities, and implement best practices.

Run paid campaigns and analyze performance reports.

Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives.

Track KPIs and generate performance reports.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms & analytics tools.

Creativity in content ideas and captions.

Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop or other design tools (preferred).

Good communication and time-management skills.
