Responsibilities:

Create, curate, and post engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Optimize company pages with relevant keywords, hashtags, and content to improve visibility.
Monitor, listen, and respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media insights, track metrics, and prepare performance reports.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
Run paid social media campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / SMO Executive / Digital Marketing Executive.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Strong creative thinking, writing, and communication skills.
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and platform guidelines.
Ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop (optional but a plus).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and their connection to social media is desirable.
