Work Profile



We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist

to maximize the reach, engagement, and visibility of our brand on social platforms. The

SMO Specialist will be responsible for optimizing social media content, analyzing

performance metrics, and leveraging best practices to increase audience engagement

and brand recognition. This role requires in-depth knowledge of social media platforms,

trends, and analytics to drive growth and achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibility Areas



1. Content Creation and Optimization: Optimize posts, visuals, and videos for

each social media platform, ensuring high engagement and reach by

implementing best practices in hashtags, keywords, and visuals.

2. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such

as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, providing

actionable insights for future campaigns.

3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase

followers, enhance engagement, and improve organic visibility across social

media channels.

4. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm

changes, and platform features to keep content relevant and effective.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers,

and marketing teams to develop cohesive and optimized social media

campaigns.

6. Audience Targeting: Identify and define audience segments for targeted content

and engagement strategies.

7. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on posts to determine which formats,

hashtags, or visuals yield the best results.

8. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media performance and

provide recommendations for improvement.

Basic Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related
field.

1 or 2+ years of experience in social media management or optimization. Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement. Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and their unique algorithms.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Strong knowledge of SEO principles as they apply to social media. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven optimization. Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media.
You will work closely with the:

Digital - Social Media and Brand ideation team Content and Visual Impact teams Website Management team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

SMO: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
