We are looking for dynamic and creative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executives to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with current social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.Key Responsibilities:Optimize company and client profiles across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)Schedule and post content regularly using tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.Monitor engagement, reach, and performance of posts and reelsRespond to comments, messages, and DMs in a timely and professional mannerAnalyze performance and prepare basic monthly reportsStay updated with the latest trends, hashtags, audio, and platform updatesCoordinate with the design and content team for regular posting needsEnsure brand consistency across all platformsRequirements:0-2 years of experience in social media or digital marketingBasic understanding of social media algorithms and best practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of popular content trends and reel formatsAbility to manage multiple accounts and work under deadlinesCreative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
