About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven

Digital Marketing Executive

with hands-on experience in

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

and

Email Marketing

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online brand presence and driving engagement through strategic content and targeted email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Manage daily social media activities across platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest

, etc. Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content. Boost organic growth through

hashtag strategy

, community interaction, and consistent posting. Collaborate with designers and content creators for creatives, reels, and videos. Analyze platform metrics and generate performance reports. Keep up with the latest trends and platform algorithm updates.

Email Marketing:

Plan and execute targeted

email marketing campaigns

(newsletters, promotions, announcements). Design and write

compelling email content

and subject lines that drive opens and clicks. Manage subscriber segmentation and personalization for better engagement. Monitor performance metrics like

open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate

, and

conversions

. Ensure all emails comply with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Key Skills Required:

1-4 years of hands-on experience in

SMO and Email Marketing

. Proficiency with tools like

Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite

for social media. Experience with email platforms like

Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo

, etc. Strong copywriting and visual content sense. Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Communications, or a related field

. Certifications in

Email Marketing or Social Media Marketing

(preferred).
