Telemarketing Executive
Job Description
Making calls and explaining services offered by the company
Provide basic and accurate information in- person and via phone/email
Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
Entry of every incoming call
Transfer the generated lead to authorized person
Add lead into CRM
Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
Lead Generation & Product Presentation
Create maximum Walk-Ins by calling prospective customer and attract them to reach our office
Calling student for education loan and give detail information
Call to coaching classes to make sub agent and prepare the database for the same
