Job Summary

The SME-Product info & MDM role is crucial for managing and optimizing master data processes within our organization. With a focus on SAP Customer and Material Master Data the candidate will ensure data integrity and support business operations. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to store operations and master data management.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize SAP Customer Master Data processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization. Oversee SAP Material Master Data management ensuring seamless integration and functionality within business operations. Provide expertise in SAP FSM: Master Data Management to enhance data governance and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline master data processes and improve operational efficiency. Implement best practices for master data management focusing on accuracy and consistency. Analyze data trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making and business growth. Develop and maintain documentation related to master data processes and procedures. Train and support team members on master data management tools and techniques to ensure effective usage. Monitor and resolve data-related issues promptly to minimize impact on business operations. Contribute to store operations by ensuring accurate and timely availability of master data. Support hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site as required. Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support and expertise in master data management. Drive initiatives to improve master data quality and reliability benefiting overall company performance.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in SAP Customer Master Data SAP Material Master Data and SAP FSM: Master Data Management. Demonstrate experience in Customer & Material Master and Master Data Management. Exhibit knowledge of store operations and their relation to master data processes. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts. Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges. Have strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Demonstrate commitment to maintaining high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
