Job Summary




The SME-Learning & Development role is pivotal in enhancing the companys training programs by leveraging technical skills in MS Office and Learning Content Backend. With a focus on Content & Learning Development the candidate will contribute to the growth of both Payer and Provider domains. This hybrid role requires night shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to Payer and Provider domains. Utilize MS Office tools to create engaging and informative learning materials that enhance knowledge retention. Manage the Learning Content Backend to ensure seamless access and delivery of training resources. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Provide expert guidance on content development ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions that foster skill development and professional growth among employees. Oversee the integration of innovative learning technologies to enhance the training experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in the development and delivery of training programs. Support the creation of a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content. Monitor industry trends and advancements to incorporate cutting-edge practices into learning initiatives. Drive the adoption of hybrid learning models to accommodate diverse learning preferences and schedules.

Qualifications



Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to create and manage training materials effectively. Possess strong expertise in Learning Content Backend to optimize resource accessibility and delivery. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge in Content & Learning Development to design impactful training programs. Have domain experience in Payer and Provider sectors to tailor learning solutions to specific industry needs. Show adaptability to night shifts and hybrid work models to meet organizational requirements. Display excellent communication skills to facilitate effective training sessions and workshops. * Maintain a proactive approach to learning and development ensuring continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge.
