- Vision plus related parameter configuration and modification.
- Identifying if the change in Vision plus can be handled through a parameter change or a Change request.
- Managing new projects with Fiserv.
- Process improvements for Card management in Vision plus.
- Preparation of BRD to be submitted to Fiserv.
- Preparation of Notes for Commercial approval.
- Working with internal teams- Digital, IT , Operations for implementation/development to be done at the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s end related to Vision plus / Access Plus
- Working with Fiserv & Testing partners for Testing and UAT and production movement.
- Resolving Vision plus related queries from other departments- Risk Dept , Transaction Monitoring Dept , Collections , Operations, Service Quality etc.
- Resolving customer queries/complaints related to Vision plus , Access plus etc.
- Support in release management & related changes to be done at the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s end.
- And any other related activities with Credit Card system like implementing co-branded cards , Other service providers , Fintechs etc.
