Job description -

We require one SME & Sr Trainer for

Mechanical Maintenance domain

having sound experience & exposure in Process Industry. Who will prepare SOP's , standard maintenance practices for the existing & new machines , Stores activities , critical spares etc

SME Expertise - Apart from core domain knowledge, exposure & interest in Content development on similar domain is required

location - At the factory site in Hirakud/Lapanga in Odisha

1. Education: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with sound exposure in Mechanical domain of Process Industry with interest & knowledge in Training/Skill development

2 Exposure : Sound experience in Process Industry for minimum of 19-10 years will be preferred. Good knowledge in Mechanical maintenance. Apart from core domain knowledge, exposure & interest in Content development on Mechanical maintenance and knowledge about the rolling mills will be preferred

Qualification - Degree/Diploma in Mechanical

Experience - 9 to 10 yr. experience in Mechanical Maintenance dept of process industry

Thorough knowledge about Mechanical components and equipment

Safety protocols/standards to be followed in industrial repairs

Capable to converse in Hindi and English

Contract length: 3-4 months tentatively, may get extended to a longer engagement based on success of the pilot project

Age - Preferably Within 44-50 yrs

Compensation - ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month + Accommodation & local conveyance assistance to be provided

Candidates who are willing to join in short notice will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
