Mobility Subject Matter Expert?s primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization?s mobility (MDM/MAM) infrastructure to help them meet their business goals on the go. This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on SAAS/ On-premises mobility infrastructures like VMware Workspace one UEM (AirWatch) or equivalent platforms, periodic maintenance, installing patches, and supporting L1/L2 teams. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including custom application packaging and publishing.

1.Manage, Proactive monitoring, Administer, upgrade, Troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure

2. Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android), seamless onboarding technologies (DEP/ZeroTouch), Android for Work/Work Profile, iOS Device Management (Legacy, Supervised and User Enrolment)

3. Create, manage, and modify iOS, Android, and Windows application signing, provisioning and deployment.



Technical Skills

1. Mobility

Complete hands-on experience in implementing and managing On-premises/cloud mobility MDM and MAM solutions; AirWatch or equivalent platforms. Administration of Windows 10 and MAC devices through AirWatch, JAMF Pro. In-depth understanding of iOS and Android platform and applications Hands on Workspace ONE and architecture, VMWare Identity Manager, AirWatch Cloud connector, Integrate and configure Directory Services, VMware Identity Manager Console Overview, configure access policies, Integrate AirWatch with VMware Identity Manager. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test mobile applications. Provide Technical solutions and solve complex business problems with minimum downtime.


2. Application Packaging and publishing

Deploy and Troubleshoot application packaging and publishing on Mobile devices / Window and Mac Mobile application management fundamentals, AppConfig community, Unified catalog Publishing apps through AirWatch and SCCM
