Drive growth of SME lending portfolio across secured and unsecured business loans
Acquire and manage SME / MSME clients and lending relationships
Achieve assigned targets for logins, approvals, disbursements, and revenue
Lead and support sales teams, relationship managers, and sourcing partners
Build and expand sourcing channels including field sales, DSAs, and connectors
Evaluate SME credit proposals in coordination with credit teams
Ensure high-quality sourcing with controlled rejection and delinquency levels
Coordinate with credit, operations, and lender partners for timely approvals and disbursements
Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, and repeat business
Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, lender policies, and internal SOPs
Track MIS, pipeline reports, and team productivity metrics
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and product segments
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and SME customer needs
Support risk management and portfolio health initiatives
Maintain strong relationships with key SME clients and partners
