Key Responsibilities:
Journey Process Ownership
Drive the customer journey from
lead generation to disbursal
, ensuring quick turnaround and delightful experience.
Understand client needs and match them with appropriate loan products.
Ensure all customer documentation and KYC norms are accurately completed.
Liaise with credit, ops, and legal for faster processing and approvals.
RM Support Function
Act as the
bridge between Relationship Managers and operations
, ensuring partner/channel needs are efficiently addressed.
Provide product knowledge, MIS, and backend support to the RM network.
Train and assist RMs on new product features, digital tools, and process flows.
Help resolve bottlenecks in partner onboarding and client journey.

Key Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with
2-3 years of experience
in SME for lending, preferably with an NBFC or Fintech.
Strong knowledge of
loan processes, financial documentation
, and digital journeys.
Excellent communication, coordination, and partner management skills.
