Network Design and Optimization (Juniper RandS)

Experienced in deploying scalable Layer 2/3 architectures with Junos OS, leveraging OSPF, BGP, and EVPN-VXLAN, along with link aggregation, VRRP redundancy, and high-availability solutions.



Security Policy Engineering and Threat Mitigation (Juniper SRX)

Knowledgeable in applying and managing security policies, configuring NAT rules, and monitoring traffic logs on Juniper SRX firewalls to control traffic between trust and untrust zones.



Enterprise WLAN Architecture and Analytics (Juniper Mist WLAN)

Knowledgeable in leading WLAN deployments using the AI-driven Mist platform, configuring AP templates, user policies, and BLE-based location services, as well as analyzing telemetry for RF optimization and client SLA enforcement.



Zero Trust NAC Design and Integration (Cisco ISE)

Aware of supporting Cisco ISE operations including endpoint profiling, basic policy creation, authentication troubleshooting through RADIUS logs, and integrating network access control with Juniper switches.




Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a collaborative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
