Experienced in configuring, and managing Bluecoat Proxy solutions, including advanced access control policies, web filtering, and threat detection to ensure secure and compliant enterprise network traffic.



Knowledgeable in configuring, managing, and optimizing Fortigate Firewall solutions, including advanced access control policies, VPN deployments, and threat prevention for enterprise networks.



Knowledgeable in configuring, verifying, and troubleshooting routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), VLANs, STP, and Layer 3 interfaces on Cisco switches and routers.



Aware of Forcepoint Proxy policy configurations, threat prevention mechanisms, and monitoring practices to ensure secure and compliant enterprise network traffic.




Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a collaborative and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
