Job Description

We are looking for a

Subject Matter Expert to make content on curriculum for soft skills

on decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, teamwork, and workplace readiness.

Location : Delhi Experience : 8 - 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver content soft skills courses and workshops.

Develop practical learning modules, activities, and assessments.

Customize training content based on institutional and learner requirements.

Using research & AI tools to build impactful learning material

Collaborating with design & product teams

Requirements:

Prior experience designing

courses for universities or colleges

is highly preferred.

Strong facilitation and communication skills, technical proficiency

Background in Education, Psychology, HR, Social Sciences, or related fields (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
