Job Description

• The role is for an enthusiastic and dynamic person, with a good background in Controlling and an interest to acquire sound knowledge about the tools used by our Finance teams. We are looking for someone who can think in processes, who has good analytical skills, and who is able to discuss topics with various stakeholders. The position will allow to enhance the skill set beyond the usual Finance and Controlling knowledge, as project management and learning about new applications will be part of the day-to-day activities.
• The key responsibilities of the position are listed below, but in our scope of work new topics come up regularly, so that the role evolves as per the need.
• Discuss further enhancements needed in e-Monitoring with the Finance user group, Group Delivery, the e-Monitoring technical team, and Group IT
• Clearly describe the Finance requirements for changes needed in e-Monitoring
• Coordinate with the Finance teams of all Capgemini units on the necessary changes, ensure consensus, and manage the UAT (user acceptance testing) for the changes to be implemented
• Support any topics related to Business Controlling, that lead to changes in the tools used by Finance teams (GFS, BO, e-Monitoring)
• Contribute to the One Finance program, namely the SAP implementation
• Work with BSv Finance team on the Oracle EPM Cloud implementation (tool for budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting)
