Job Role Purpose & Objective : (Brief summary for the existence of the job role)

We are looking for a talent with 5-7 years' experience with a highly respected financial services group that provides structured financing to corporates and SME to early / mid stage venture companies in few thematic areas. Building relationships with founders of innovative companies, business & financial modelling experience, well networked in the venture ecosystem and inspired with impact financing are some of the requirement for this hire.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with companies and founders. Evaluate and co-source SME and structured finance opportunities. Conduct preliminary screening of proposals and prepare first-level credit cases internally. Perform detailed risk assessment and structure credit deals. Prepare comprehensive credit assessment memos covering business ,industry, management, and financial analysis. Support additional due diligence and manage end-to-end credit approval processes including negotiations, documentation, and closing procedures. Collaborate with legal and internal teams to draft, negotiate, and execute transaction documents.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

1. Has exposure to transactions in consumer goods and services, education, healthcare, logistics, fintech, other tech and real estate.

2. Has strong financial modelling skills.

3. Has strong written and oral communication skills.

4. Has worked in high energy, fast-paced team environment.

5. Desire to work smart and wear multiple hats.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate/PG in any related field/CA/MBA/CFA - preferred

Minimum 2 yrs experience as Relationship manager preferred

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
