to deliver innovative, differentiated technical solutions/architectures that address customer needs, process constraints, and technical challenges leading to successful business outcomes for Customers.
"Solution Expert - Small and Midsize Buildings" is a key role that is a
trusted technical advisor
for pre-sales / sales teams as well as for Customers.
Develop, maintain, and optimize reference architectures
for Small and Mid-Size buildings, ensuring standardization, scalability, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED, BACnet, Modbus), reducing costs, tendering risks, and execution timelines
Hypercare & Release Support
+ Provide intensive post-release support (hypercare) for new features, releases, and major updates.
+ Monitor system performance and user adoption during hypercare periods, troubleshoot issues, and resolve or escalate problems promptly.
+ Act as a bridge between product/engineering teams and end-users during critical rollout phases
+ Document lessons learned from releases to improve future implementations
Collaborate with global and country training and support teams
, serving as an SME to develop technical training materials, review documentation, and provide resources for upskilling, incorporating industry-specific insights and best practices. Deliver technical trainings on solution architectures, as part of launch process for important countries
Act as a leader for global architects community by sharing industry expertise
with Country System Architects, application engineers, and segment teams to ensure the success of Small and Mid-Size building solutions
Represent the offer at industry forums
, conferences, and standards committees to stay ahead of market trends, influence industry standards, and enhance Schneider Electric's reputation as a leader in building solutions
Influence the EcoStruxure Building Activate roadmap
by providing segment-specific technical requirements, informed by Customer needs, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and edge computing. Also support in competitive benhmarking
Support proof-of-concept (POC) development
to validate solution feasibility, performance, and alignment with customer and industry requirements. Validate compatibility of third-party products, applications, and interfaces, ensuring seamless integration within the EcoStruxure Building Activate
