Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Smartphone Technician who can handle advanced mobile repairs and also train students in a practical classroom and workshop environment. This role is not theoretical. The person must be hands-on, confident with real devices, and capable of transferring skills to students clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Work

Diagnose and repair smartphones at chip level and board level Handle screen, battery, charging IC, power IC, network, audio, and display issues Perform software flashing, OS installation, data recovery, and troubleshooting Use tools such as hot air station, DC power supply, multimeter, microscope Maintain repair quality, safety standards, and proper documentation

Faculty / Training

Train students in smartphone hardware and software repair from basics to chip level Conduct live practical sessions using real devices, not demo-only training Explain fault finding logic and repair flow step by step Monitor student performance and correct mistakes during practical work Assist in syllabus improvement based on industry requirements

Student Support

Guide students on repair confidence, workflow, and job readiness Support placement preparation through skill validation and mock practical tests

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
