CD55, People Experience, Technology & Data

People's journeys along the employee lifecycle, from employer branding and recruiting to pre-/onboarding, talent development, learning, and growth Employee Experience and digital touchpoints (e.g. Smart Workspace, SmartConnect) People-related data and technology architecture People Data Analytics & Reporting Cross-divisional HR services delivered through our global network of HR Shared Service Centers, closely aligned with the HR function, to support diverse HR processes and enable business growth


We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Chennai, India.



Job Purpose:




Run support for Smart Connect


Your tasks:




Community Management




User Group / community list maintenance Updating / cleansing of champions list 3rd level support for editor tickets

Access Management




Overall access management tasks User Group Setup for Smart Mailing Coordination of DPD approvals (data protection declaration)

Analytics




Reporting across different platforms / dashboards Data

consolidation and harmonization

across multiple reports and

cross-report analysis


Comms material creation




Creation of user guides Coordination of translations

Content Creation




Creation of landing pages Updates of landing pages Coordination of support form updates

Process Mgt. Support




Creation and updating of process documentation (e. g. process flows, procedural descriptions, creation of internal how-to guides for new platforms) Maintenance of MOPS Platform Ensure process standards Support to get AI implemented in processes to drive efficiency


Your profile:




Education Level:




Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Level:




Minimum of 3-5years of experience a support function, with a focus on managing outsourced services and operational tasks. Very good technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS and Content Management systems, Azure Boards and MS Office/O365. Knowledge of AI Very good business process understanding, Ideally First Choice experience (Process improvement) Understanding of reporting logic, experience in reconciling and harmonizing data from multiple sources High service orientation
