Roles & Responsibilities:
- Development of core Brand elements such as brand positioning, tonality, and value proposition. etc.
- Strategize, plan and execute all online & offline brand marketing campaigns with the goal to build awareness & trust of the brand
- Conduct benchmarking & research in order to develop a deep understanding of the TG
- Be the Brand Custodian, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all external/internal touchpoints
- Manage all brand partnerships/alliances/IPs which can help create awareness and drive traffic to the touchpoints
- Manage campaign budgets, analyze and report basis the defined campaign success metrics and optimize accordingly
- Evaluate, Onboard & Manage Agencies / Vendors to ensure creation of high quality content and creatives
- Lead Creative development by collaborating with inhouse design & content teams
- Own Social Media marketing initiatives
- Responsible for developing and managing the PR roadmap and calendar with PR agency/s
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in the B2C online space with the exposure to Brand communication & Media planning
- Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
- Has prior experience of having built and scaled a brand from scratch
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consumer centricity and a knack for storytelling is a must have
- Should be extremely organized & detail-oriented with a high level of ownership
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, due to multiple stakeholder management
- Prior fintech/startup experience is a plus
- Should be based in Bangalore or open to relocatio
