We are seeking a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in the insurance domain, with strong expertise in SMART/400 and Life/400 systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SQL and capable of writing complex queries. A solid background in production support and BAU (Business As Usual) operations is essential for this role.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience Basic coding and debugging skills Willingness to learn and gain practical experience Good Communication and presentation skills.

Other Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field is a plus Relevant certifications or training a plus
