This role demands raw, on-the-ground sales instinct - someone who is not afraid to hustle, handle rejections, and still close deals with confidence.Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound calls to international B2C prospects across various time zones.- Pitch products/services clearly and convincingly to drive sales conversions.- Understand customer needs, objections, and pain points; tailor your pitch accordingly.- Follow up diligently with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp/chat as needed.- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions via CRM.- Report on market feedback, competition insights, and lead behavior to help refine sales strategy.- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align customer messaging.
