Overseeing daily operations of the calling team. Motivating and coaching team members to improve performance. Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback. Managing team schedules, including breaks, and leave. Handling team member concerns and escalations.Preparing reports on team performance.Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintaining discipline on floor.

Salary budget - upto 24K
