We are looking for a skilled and certified

Small Drone Pilot

to operate drones for various operational, training, and field-based tasks. The ideal candidate should already possess a valid

DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC)

and have hands-on experience in flying small-category drones. This role involves field operations, data collection, safety compliance, and assisting with drone maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate small-category drones for aerial surveys, inspections, mapping, videography, or training purposes. Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure aircraft readiness and safety. Plan flight missions, evaluate site conditions, and adhere to DGCA-approved operating procedures. Maintain flight logs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting drone hardware and related equipment. Collect and manage aerial data, images, or videos as required by the project. Follow all safety protocols and ensure safe drone operations at all times. Coordinate with team members for mission planning and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria:

Mandatory:

Valid DGCA Small Category Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC). Educational Qualification: Preferably B.Tech/B.E/B.Sc or relevant technical background (not mandatory if experienced). Experience in drone flying, mission execution, or data collection. Good understanding of drone regulations, flight zones, and safety protocols. Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams. Technical aptitude for basic drone maintenance and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with flight planning software (e.g., DJI apps, Pix4D, QGroundControl, etc.) Knowledge of UAV sensors, battery management, and field operations Ability to handle on-site tasks independently Basic data processing or GIS knowledge (optional but beneficial)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
