Key Responsibilities
Generate business for Home Loan and LAP products through direct sourcing, market visits, and relationship building.
Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to documentation and disbursement.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with local market channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct customer meetings, understand financial needs, and provide suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
Maintain daily reporting, MIS, and follow-up trackers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of Home Loans/LAP products.
Strong market knowledge and existing channel relationships in Rajahmundry region.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
Graduation preferred.
Should be target-oriented and self-driven.
Two-wheeler and local market knowledge is an added advantage.
