Product: Home Loan & Loan Against Property (HL/LAP) - Direct Channel

Role Overview:
We are hiring Sales Managers for the Direct Channel under the Samruddhi vertical. The role involves open-market sourcing, direct customer acquisition, relationship building, and driving HL/LAP business in Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source Home Loan and LAP business through direct market activities
• Conduct field visits, market mapping, and cold calls to generate leads
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through continuous business development
• Drive monthly disbursement and revenue targets
• Ensure complete documentation and file quality before login
• Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams
• Identify and onboard new builder/channel partners for consistent sourcing
• Maintain compliance and ensure portfolio quality
• Provide market insights and competition updates

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of direct mortgage sales experience
• Strong market knowledge of Vadodara real estate and customer segments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Strong understanding of HL/LAP products, credit norms, and documentation
• Graduate in any discipline
